FYI: Choosing 2 day or next day air does not always mean that you will always receive your order within that time. Normal processing times are still required. Your order will ship via the method requested once the products are available to ship.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Saturday. There will be no order processing or deliveries on legal holidays or Sundays.

Zoë Life Publishing is not liable for shipping expenses under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time for order to arrive. Normal processing times always apply for all orders. We do our best to give express shipments priority, but we process all orders in the order that we receive them.

Zoë Life Publishing is pleased to ship orders throughout the world. Due to the high level of Internet fraud, we have established strict guidelines for processing all orders.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order without notice.

 Billing information must match exactly to the credit card. Please expect to be contacted by our staff to verify banking information.  We may call bank to verify information if deemed necessary.

Shipping and billing address must be the same. We cannot ship to a different location.

We do not ship to the following countries: Nigeria, Indonesia, Egypt or any other country associated with high credit card theft.

Because shipping rates vary depending on destination and weight, actual shipping charges may differ than the estimated rate online. We will notify you if adjustments need to be made. 

Allow sufficient delivery time. Delivery time varies depending on your country's customs as well as actual destinations.  To keep costs down, our standard method of shipping is US Postal Service. We can ship via FedEx upon request. Additional costs will apply.

Please be advised that the US Postal Service does not offer tracking or guarantee delivery. Average arrival time is 1-8 weeks.

Customer is responsible for all taxes and fees applied by your country. Order and shipping fees are in US dollars.
